This time it is an interesting little website that wants a photie I took in Tasmania. The one below, to be precise. Which has a funny little story to go with it.
I was in Tasmania to see El & family with Tricky & Allie. We took heaps of photos around this river in New Norfolk. We saw a sign for a lookout so we drove up there. But as we drove up, the road got narrower and narrower. To this day, we are not sure if it was actually a lookout or not, cause we couldn't get up there in our hire car. This road also happened to be on the edge of a cliff face. It was bloody scary. We continued to debate whether we should turn around. In the end, we had to because the road was so narrow and we were pretty high up (as you can tell in the photo). The question is - how do you turn a car around on a narrow road on a cliff face? By pretty much shitting yourself, that's how.
With Tricky at the wheel, she was able to execute the mission impossible manoeuvre. But that included me and Allie having to wave directions from outside the car. Scary stuff.
