Which is a bit of a pain in the bum, cause my birthday present from nerdboy is some games for my Nintendo DS Lite (which is currently making it's way in a parcel from Oz). So yeah, I can look at the games and get all excited, but not much I can do with them til the parcel gets here. So I am at Royal Mail's mercy.
The concierge of our building knows me now, cause I am the one that asks everyday if any parcels have come. Probably thinks of me as the crazy girl with the funny accent waiting for imaginary mail.
We are going on London Eye tomorrow. Crapping myself a bit, as it's pretty high. Hopefully the day is clear enough so we can take photos. Has been overcast the last few days.
We turned on the tv before and Home and Away was on. The interesting thing was, they had a little lady in the right hand corner doing sign language for the deaf. We'd never seen anything like it. I've included a photo. Not sure if it will turn out ok, it's from nb's phone.

*** Update!*** We arrive home this afternoon and the concierge says he thinks there is a package for us and looks around his cubicle, so we assume it is something little. He then brings up this ginormous box and our eyes bug out of our heads! We rush upstairs to open it, gawking at the price of the bloody postage! We open it like two little kids at Christmas time, me jumping around the kitchen like a crazy loon - it is filled with our fave stuff from back home from Sheilby & Mr T - thanks so much guys - we love you to bits!

All I could keep on saying in my worst Aussie accent was: "Unreal! This is effin' grouse!"
We think it only made it through because of its size - something that big would have annoyed them down at Royal Mail. They can spin on it.
