Need your advice!

I need your advice peeps! A friend of mine is in a bit of a dilemma.

My friend works at a place. This place offered my friend a permanent role (she is a contractor - and loves it). She ummed and ahhed and eventually weighed up the pros and cons and said no. She gave her valid and reasonably honest reasons and everything went back to normal.

Move forward to a week later.

The place has taken her reasons on board and have now created a position to her liking and interests. Don't get her wrong, she says, there's still cons (like any job). Just maybe more pros than there were before.

My friend is not sure what to do. She keeps on having her concentrating face on.

You guys are my guardian angels - what should she do?
