Water cheat strikes back

As to be expected, we get a letter in the mail today advising that the water cheat is putting our rent up by a considerable amount. Don't fret my friends - we will be contesting it.

As a courtesy, the real estate agents are offering us a 6 month lease. We are to get back to them at our "earliest convenience".
